About the SafetyCloud SETA Learnership Programme

The SafetyCloud SETA Learnership 2026 is designed to develop skilled administrative professionals capable of managing learner data, coordinating SETA processes, and maintaining high-quality standards within the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) sector. Participants will gain valuable work experience while completing their theoretical and practical learnership components.

Key Responsibilities

As a SafetyCloud Learnership participant, you will assist with essential administrative and coordination tasks, including:

  • Capturing and submitting learner registrations, achievements, and completions to relevant SETAs.
  • Verifying learner information and ensuring that all supporting documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Filing and maintaining learner records in accordance with SETA and SafetyCloud compliance standards.
  • Issuing learner Statements of Results and Certificates once approved by the relevant SETA.
  • Preparing and storing SETA audit packs for inspections, audits, and archiving purposes.
  • Providing support to internal teams, branches, and learners with any SETA-related queries or administrative needs.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the SafetyCloud SETA Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following minimum entry requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
  • Availability to complete a 12-month learnership while working full-time

Advantageous Qualifications & Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications and experience will be an added advantage:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management
  • Previous administrative experience in a corporate or training environment
  • Exposure to OHS/HSE principles and familiarity with NOSA systems
